Bath with a wrap-around beach view
A lot of people dream they are on a warm, sunny beach somewhere when they're relaxing in the bath… well, that's easy to imagine in the Robertson's new bathroom! They have recently installed a full wrap around floor-to-ceiling Showerscape image on the walls surrounding their freestanding bath at their home in West Sussex.
The panels feature one of our Standard Designs. The effect is amazing, covering the entire width of the bathroom behind the bath, with a view of sand dunes and the beach beyond giving an open panoramic scene in what is a fairly compact room.
“We are very pleased with the overall effect. Everybody so far has expressed a “Wow” or “Oh, I do like that!” What’s more, the lighting seems to highlight areas of the image as if it simulates sunlight – it has traces of a 3D effect.”
These images were taken by the customer during the installation, and we were really excited to see how it looks behind a freestanding bath, as well as wrapping around three walls... it really shows how Showerscape panels are not just limited to shower enclosures.
